Grace Nzomo is an accomplished human resources professional with over a decade of experience in people management and organizational development. In addition to her HR expertise, Grace is a passionate advocate for the rights of persons with albinism. In 2024, she was honored with the Most Outstanding Advocate and Role Model for Albinism Rights award at the Luminary Awards hosted by Black Albinism. As Assistant Board Chair, Grace brings a unique blend of professional excellence and lived advocacy, helping to steer the organization with empathy, integrity, and strategic vision.
Clinton Ontita is a seasoned finance professional with over five years of experience in the banking sector. As Board Treasurer at Black Albinism, Clinton works closely with the finance department to ensure that the organization’s financial management is sound, transparent, and fully compliant with all relevant regulations. His strong background in financial oversight and risk management brings valuable expertise to the board, supporting the organization’s growth and accountability.
Ruth Wairimu serves as the Parents’ Representative on the board of Black Albinism, bringing the vital perspective of caregivers—particularly mothers—of children with albinism. A committed member of the organization for over four years, Ruth has played a key role in community engagement and parent mobilization. Her passion, grassroots connection, and advocacy experience make her an invaluable voice in ensuring that the needs of families are reflected in the organization’s programs and priorities.
Goldaline Kakuya serves as the Youth Representative at Black Albinism, bringing a fresh, dynamic voice to the board. A passionate advocate and role model, Goldaline was named Most Promising Albinism Advocate at the Luminary Awards hosted by Black Albinism.
